HK. Dida Inc.'s global offering of more than 39 million shares raised a total of approximately HK$234 million. China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Co., Ltd., Haitong International Capital Co., Ltd. and Nomura International (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. were the joint sponsors of this listing project.

By the total transaction volume and number of rides in 2023, Dida Inc. is China's leading ride-sharing platform. By the end of 2023, Dida Inc. provides ride-sharing platform services in 366 cities across the country, has more than 15 million certified private car owners, and has provided services to nearly 70 million passengers. In addition, as a professional solution service provider for the digital transformation and upgrading of cruising taxis, Dida Inc. has signed contracts with nearly 100 cities across the country, building a service operation data foundation for cruising taxis that integrates cruising and online booking. Dida Inc. advocates tapping potential and increasing efficiency without adding additional vehicles, and focusing on creating ride-sharing + smart taxis to meet users' beautiful travel needs without adding congestion to the city.

Tian Yuan served as the domestic legal counsel of the joint sponsor in this listing project.
